Wood tennis rackets are back!

The partnership between Wood Tennis Club and the world’s oldest racket-maker, England’s legendary Grays of Cambridge, has returned traditional championship-quality wood rackets to the game of tennis.

Over the last seven years we have sold hundreds of our beautiful hand-crafted rackets to enthusiasts in more than 20 countries, and the next seven years promise to be even bigger and better.

Our mission? It’s to make wood part of tennis again - to enhance the enrich the sport we love.

Whether it’s feeling wood rackets return something to tennis that’s been lost, or the sustainability of wood, or simply the nostalgia, or another reason – there are many reasons why discerning tennis enthusiasts today are buying a new “Grays of Cambridge” all-wood racket.
