Grays Heritage Rackets

Here are photos of just a few of the many lawn tennis models released by Grays since the late 1870’s, mainly for the British domestic market.

We are particularly proud of the rackets in the two top photos, rare examples of ‘The Masterpiece’ - an original H.J. Gray & Sons 1908 model, and a 1940’s model, both of which have been acquired by Wood Tennis Club for the Grays Collection.

Our current ‘The Masterpiece’ is the successor to these.
